Offer reference

The reference of an offer is a mandatory field used to identify it and tell it apart from other offers.

You can use the reference to find an offer more easily from the advanced search.


Steps to change the reference of an offer:

  1. Go to the Offers module from the side menu.
  2. Select the offer you want to change in the list.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Find the Reference field.
  5. Change the reference linked to the offer.
  6. Click Set the offer to save your changes.

Tip

You can use references to identify offers linked to art fairs, exhibitions or other working contexts. For example: ARCO2020-01 or EXHIBNOV2020-01.
