Offers advanced search

The offers advanced search lets you find specific proposals by applying specific filters.

You can search for offers by reference, phase, client, artwork, artist, amount or dates. You can also combine several filters to get more precise results.


  1. Go to the Offers module from the side menu.
  2. Click Advanced search.
  3. Fill in one or several filters.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Review the results in the offer list.

Tip

If the results are not what you expected, check whether there are active search criteria in the top bar and remove them before running a new search.

Fields available in the advanced search

Tip

You can combine filters for more precise searches. For example, you can search for offers from a particular client, linked to a specific type of artwork and within a date range.

Reference

Search for an offer by its internal reference.


This filter is useful if you use codes to identify offers linked to art fairs, exhibitions, campaigns or particular periods.


Example: search for ARCO2026 to find the offers linked to that particular fair.

Phase

Search for offers by the phase or status they are in.


This filter is useful for reviewing open, accepted, reserved, paid or other available phases.


Example: search for offers in the Open phase to review proposals pending follow-up.

Clients

Search for offers linked to a particular client.


This filter is useful for checking all the offers sent to or recorded for a contact.


Example: search for a collector to review their offer history before following up.

Artworks

Search for offers that include a particular artwork.


Example: search for an artwork to check how many times it has been offered and to which clients.

Artists

Search for offers linked to a particular artist.


This filter is useful for reviewing which artworks by an artist have been included in offers and for analysing their commercial activity.


Example: search for an artist before a fair to review which of their artworks have been offered recently.

Maximum amount

Search for offers whose amount is below a given figure.


This filter is useful for finding proposals within a particular price range.


Example: search for offers with a maximum amount of €5,000 to review lower-value proposals.


Minimum amount

Search for offers whose amount is above a given figure.


This filter is useful for finding offers of higher value.


Example: search for offers with a minimum amount of €20,000 to review commercially relevant proposals.

Minimum and maximum sending date

Search for offers sent up to a particular date.


Example: find all the offers sent during the period linked to an exhibition.

Maximum expire date

Search for offers whose expiry date is on or before a particular date.

Example: find offers expiring this week to follow them up before they lapse.


Minimum expire date

Search for offers whose expiry date is on or after a particular date.

Example: check offers still valid from a given date onwards.
