Check available artwork and portfolio

From each artist page, you can quickly reach their work to see all the artworks or only the available ones.

In the Summary tab you can use two shortcuts: Available artwork and Portfolio.

How to get there

1. Go to the Artists module.
2. Open the record of the relevant artist.
3. Go to the Summary tab.
4. Select Available artwork or Portfolio, depending on what you need to check.

What Available artwork shows

1. It opens a list with only the artist's artworks classified with the status: available.
2. It is useful for checking current stock or preparing commercial proposals.
3. It can help you generate dossiers of currently available artworks.

What Portfolio shows

1. It opens a list with all the artist's artworks, whatever their status.
2. It does not show artworks marked as Archived.
3. It is useful for reviewing the artist's overall production or preparing more complete documentation.
