Set up your ITGallery account
Set up your ITGallery account from the My User and My Gallery / My collection sections, depending on whether you want to change personal settings for your user or general settings for the account.

From the user menu you can reach the main settings of your account.
The settings are organised into two main blocks:
- My User: settings that affect only your user.
- My Gallery / My collection: settings that affect the whole account.
You can also find other options related to permissions, locations, languages, connected accounts, support, licences or migrations.

Use My User to set your personal preferences within ITGallery.
These settings affect only your user and do not change the general settings of the gallery or collection.

- your personal data;
- your password;
- your user language;
- the display theme;
- notification settings;
- the email signature;

- the columns visible in some lists.
- Click the user menu.
- Go to My User.
- Review the options available.
- Change the fields you need.
- Save your changes.
Tip
Changes made in My User affect only your user. Other users on the same account can have different settings.

These settings can affect all users and various documents or functions of the system.
From My Gallery / My collection you can manage, among other settings:
- the gallery or collection data;
- the logo;
- the bank data;
- autonumbering;
- statuses;
- tags;
- price types;
- dimension types;
- public display settings.
- Click the user menu.

Other settings
As well as My User and My Gallery / My collection, your account settings can include other advanced options.
These options let you manage things such as:
- user permissions and access;
- multiple locations;
- information in different languages;
- connected accounts;
Each of these functions may have specific conditions or steps, so it is worth reading the relevant article before changing them.
