Change or recover your password

Change your password from My User, or recover it from the login screen if you have forgotten your access details.

Change your password

You can change your password from your user settings whenever you need to.

1. Click the user menu.
2. Go to My User.
3. Open My User settings.
4. Find the password field.
5. Enter the new password.
6. Save your changes.

Cannot access your account?

If you cannot access your account, before recovering the password, check that the email and the password are typed correctly.

A common mistake happens when copying and pasting the email into the User field. A space can be left before or after it without you noticing.

The same can happen when copying and pasting the password into the Password field.

Reset your password if you cannot access

If you have forgotten your password or cannot access ITGallery, you can request a new one from the login screen.

1. Go to the ITGallery login screen.
2. Click Forgot your password ?
3. Enter the email linked to your user.
4. Check your inbox.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
