Check whether a sent email has been opened

Check whether a recipient has opened an email sent from ITGallery, in the Emails module.

When the system detects that an email has been opened, the status of the email is updated automatically, so you can see how much your contacts are engaging.

1. Go to the Emails module.
2. Find the email you want to check.
3. Look at the Status column of the list.

Available statuses

• Sent: the email was sent correctly, but no opening has been detected.
• Opened: the recipient has opened the email.
