Set up multiple locations

The Multiple locations option lets you organise a single ITGallery account into different locations - for example, for organisations working across several spaces or sites.

This setup can be adapted to different ways of working. Some locations can share part of their information with each other, while others can work with independent data.

For example, an account can be set up so that several locations share artworks or artists, but manage their contacts, offers or sales separately.

You can also define which users have access to each location. Some users can work with one specific location only, while others can have access to several locations.

The Multiple locations service may carry an additional cost, except on Unlimited licences, where it is included.

How to set up locations

1. Contact the ITGallery support team at: support@itgalleryapp.com
2. Say that you want to enable or review the Multiple locations option.
3. Explain which locations you need to manage.
4. Say which information should be shared between locations and which should be kept separate.
5. Indicate which users should have access to each location.
6. Wait for confirmation from the support team.
