Artwork status and availability
Check the status and availability of an artwork to know what situation it is in and whether it is available for sale.
The status shows the specific situation of the artwork (on loan, reserved, available, etc.), while availability (available / unavailable / no information) gives you more precise control within the sales process.

Artwork statuses
The Artwork status field tells you the situation an artwork is in, for example:
- Available
- Reserved
- Under restoration
- Sold
- Unavailable
- Not produced
- Etc.
Each status has a colour linked to it, to make it easier to identify.

Availability
The Availability field lets you indicate whether an artwork is available for sale, regardless of its status. This adds an extra layer of information that avoids confusion.

How to read status and availability together
- The status describes the situation of the artwork
- The availability shows whether it can be sold or not
For example:
- Status: Under restoration → Availability: Available
- Status: Reserved → Availability: Unavailable
- Status: Sold → Availability: Unavailable
This lets you reflect real situations without being limited to a single field.
