Upload videos to ITGallery

When you create a new artwork, you can add videos to artwork records by creating an artwork of the type Film/Video.

How to add a video to an artwork

  1. Create a new artwork.
  2. In the Artwork type field, select Film/Video.
  3. When you select Film/Video, two new boxes appear further down for the embed code of the video and the video link.
  4. Paste in the information you need
  5. Save the artwork record

Where the video appears

The video shown within a showroom
  1. On the artwork record, in the General tab.
  2. In your showrooms, when you open the individual presentation of the artwork.

How to get the embed code from YouTube

  1. Upload the video to YouTube.
  2. Open the video on YouTube.
  3. Click Share.
  4. Select the Embed option.
  5. Copy the code that appears.
  6. Paste that code into the video box of the artwork in ITGallery.
