What is the expiration date of a showroom?

The expiration date lets you set a day from which a showroom will no longer be available.

Once that date is reached, anyone opening the link will see that the content is no longer accessible.

How to set an expiration date on a showroom

  1. Go to the Showrooms module from the main menu.
  2. Click Edit on the showroom you want to change.
  3. Find the Expiration date field in the settings.
  4. Select the date on which you want the showroom to stop being available.
  5. Click Save showroom.

Tip

The expiration date does not delete the showroom; it simply blocks public access once the date you set is reached.

What the expiration date is for

This option is especially useful in cases such as:

  • private proposals with limited validity
  • exhibitions running for a set period
  • temporary promotional campaigns

How to check the expiration date of a showroom

You can see the expiration date of each showroom from:

  • the individual showroom record
  • the general showrooms list, in the Expiration date column
