Can I change a showroom once it has been shared?

Yes, you can change a showroom at any time, even after sharing it.

The changes are applied automatically and will be visible to anyone who opens the showroom through the link or QR code.

How to change a showroom you have already shared

1. Go to the Showrooms module from the main menu.
2. In the list, click the Edit button, shaped like a pencil, on the showroom.
3. Make the changes you need.
4. Save your changes.

How the changes take effect

Once saved:

• the showroom updates automatically
• there is no need to send a new link
• users always see the most recent version

Use in communication with clients

This feature lets you use the showroom as a dynamic communication tool.

For example:

• you can send a selection of artworks to a client and, if they ask for more options, add new artworks to the same showroom without sending the link again.
• you can share a showroom before you have all the information ready and update it later (for example, adding images or new artworks).
• you can prepare a showroom for an art fair and complete it gradually without affecting the link you have already shared.
