Copy a showroom

You can copy a showroom to reuse its settings and content without having to create it from scratch. The copy includes the artworks and the settings of the original showroom.

How to copy a showroom

1. Go to the Showrooms module from the main menu.
2. Find the showroom you want to copy.
3. Open the Summary tab by clicking the name of the showroom.
4. Find the Copy button, to the right of the edit button
5. Confirm the copy of the showroom
6. Open the copy to edit it as you need.

What the copy includes

When you copy a showroom, it keeps:

1. The same settings: theme, price visibility, password, options turned on (view on wall, description, etc.).
2. The artworks included.
3. The languages set up and their texts.
4. The original title + “_copy” so you can identify it easily.

When to use the copy showroom option

This function is useful when you want to create different versions of the same showroom. For example:

1. Personalised private proposals: when you want to send the same selection of artworks to several collectors, changing only a few fields.
2. A/B testing of design or texts: to try out how the same proposal works with different themes or artwork orders.
3. Two versions, with and without prices: if you need a showroom with prices for some contacts and without prices for others, you can duplicate it and change only that setting.
