How to add artworks to an existing exhibition

Once you have created an exhibition in ITGallery, you can carry on adding artworks at any time. There are two ways to do it:

From the exhibition record

Steps

1. Within the Exhibitions module, open the exhibition you want to edit
2. Go to the Artworks tab
3. Click the orange button on the left, "Add artworks to the exhibition"
4. Use the search box to find the artworks you want to add; you can search by artist or artwork title
5. Select the relevant artworks
6. Add them to the exhibition by clicking the "Add artworks to the exhibition" button

From the artworks list

If you prefer, you can add several artworks to an exhibition from your inventory.

This option lets you use other tools to select the artworks, such as the advanced search.

Steps

1. Go to Artworks > List
2. Select the artworks you want to add (you can select several at once)
3. Click Tools
4. Select the Add to exhibition option
5. Search for the title of the exhibition
6. Confirm to add the artworks
