Add photos to an exhibition

The Images tab within an exhibition lets you add further images such as installation views, gallery views or any visual content that complements the artworks.

These images are especially useful for documenting the exhibition and improving how it is presented.

Steps

Go to Exhibitions and open the relevant exhibition record
Go to the Images tab
Click the orange "Upload images" button
Upload the photos from your device
Save your changes

You can add as many images as you need. There is no limit on images.

Remember that the size limit per image is 10 MB.

Documenting exhibitions

You can use this feature to keep a full visual record of your exhibitions, beyond the individual artworks.

Use in showrooms

If you select the "Create showroom" option from the exhibition, the images added in the Images tab appear as an opening slider, before the artworks.

Integration with your website

If your website is connected to ITGallery, you can update your exhibition directly and show these images online.
