Documents linked to exhibitions

The Documents tab within an exhibition lets you store and organise all the documentation related to your exhibition or art fair in a single place.


This feature is especially useful for centralising key information and making the documentation easy to reach.

Steps

  1. Go to Exhibitions and open the relevant exhibition
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Add document
  4. Add a descriptive title; you can then use the search box to find your documents
  5. Select the file from your device
  6. Save your changes

Remember that you can upload as many documents as you need; there is no limit on the number of files.

You can upload documents with these extensions: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .odt, .odp, .txt

The size limit per file is 10 MB

You can use this section to store any documentation related to your exhibition or art fair, such as press releases, legal documentation, floor plans, installation materials or any relevant correspondence.
