How to create a viewing room from an exhibition

ITGallery lets you create a showroom from an exhibition quickly and easily. To do this:

Steps
  1. In the 'Exhibitions' module, open the exhibition record by selecting the name of the exhibition you want to create a showroom from
  2. Within the exhibition record, in the 'Summary' tab, click the 'Create showroom' button
  3. Finally, fill in the form with the information about the showroom and click 'Create showroom'. Remember that fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.*
* Remember that once it is created, you can edit the details of your new Online Viewing Room from 'Showrooms'.
