Generate a shipping document linked to an exhibition

ITGallery lets you generate and record shipping documents linked to an exhibition. Use them when you need to ship artworks belonging to one of your exhibitions - for example: shipping to another gallery (for touring exhibitions), to a museum or institution (for a loan), to a collector (for a purchase), and so on. To do this:

Steps

1. In the 'Exhibitions' module, open the exhibition record by selecting the name of the exhibition you want to create and export a shipping document from
2. Within the exhibition record, in the 'Send artworks' tab, fill in the form with the information about your shipment: select a currency, choose the editions of the artworks to send, the recipient and the shipping date. You can add complementary information such as the carrier, the transport cost, shipping details, and so on. You can also edit the declared values
3. Finally, click 'Save' and select the 'Shipping document' button to export it as a PDF or Word file.
