Select the tax typology of a sale

Select the tax typology of a sale when your gallery is set up as a Spanish gallery and you need to state the regime that applies to the invoice.

This option only applies to Spanish galleries. If your gallery does not work with this tax setup, this selection field will not appear.

1. Go to the Sales module.
2. Create a new sale or edit an existing one.
3. Find the Typology field.
4. Open the drop-down.
5. Select the tax typology that applies.
6. Review the rest of the sale details.
7. Save your changes or record the sale.

Typologies available

In the drop-down you can select from the following options:

• General regime
• Special regime
• Intra-community supplies
• Definitive exports
• Definitive shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
• Sale of services/commissions to companies or professionals outside the EU from Spain

Special regime

If you select Special regime, ITGallery adds the following text to the invoice:

Factura emitida en Régimen Especial conforme al Artículo 138 de la Ley 37/92 modificado en la Ley 42/1994 de 30 de Diciembre de 1994.
