Edit the status of the certificate of authenticity

Keep track of whether the certificate of authenticity for a sale is pending or has already been sent.

The last step in the cycle of a sale is usually sending the certificate of authenticity; sometimes this step cannot be completed straight away because of the logistics of preparing or signing the certificates. To keep track of this, ITGallery lets you mark the certificate as pending or sent from the sales list.

1. Go to the Sales module.
2. Open the sales list.
3. Tick the sales whose certificate you have sent
4. Click Tools.
5. Select Certificate sent.
6. Choose the new status from the drop-down menu.
7. Click Save.

The certificate statuses have a colour attached, so you can quickly see whether sending is still pending or already done.
