Use the contact code

The contact code lets you identify and organise each contact internally within ITGallery. It is a flexible field you can adapt to the way you work. For example, it can help you classify contacts by how important they are, by their relationship with the gallery or by any other internal criterion.

It is also useful for telling apart contacts with similar information, such as people with the same name or similar surnames.

Add a code when creating a contact:

1. Go to Contacts > List.
2. Click New.
3. Fill in the Code field.
4. Save the contact.
