Contact view modes

You can choose between two modes for viewing your contacts:

• List

  Within the 'Contacts list', select the first icon in the top right corner. This view mode lets you see contact details such as email, phone, etc.

  
  

• Grid

  Within the 'List', click the second icon in the top right corner. This view mode focuses on the image as the main way of finding your contacts visually. Contacts without a photograph show a generic icon instead.

To select or change the contact information fields you see in the 'List', go to My User > Configuration > Contacts list options,* or use the gear icon in the upper left of the table.

From there you can select which columns to show by choosing "yes" or "no" for each one. Once set, click Save to apply the changes. This lets you customise the view to the information you need at any given moment.
