Difference between mailing and templates
In ITGallery you have two menus for managing your newsletters: an email template is the reusable design of an email, while a mailing is the sending of that email to one or several contacts.
When you select mailing in the left side menu, you will see two submenus: Enter and Templates

What the Templates submenu is
The Templates submenu lets you create and manage reusable email models with a simple drag-and-drop editor.

What the Enter submenu is
Clicking it takes you to the external mailing module that lets you manage and send email campaigns. Its main functions are:
- Select recipients: choose the contacts or contact lists you want to send the email to.
- Apply templates: choose one of the templates you created earlier in the Templates submenu and personalise it for the occasion.
- Write from scratch: if you prefer, you can also write an email directly without using templates.
- Schedule sends: set a specific date and time to send your campaign.
- Tracking and results: see statistics on who opened the email, how many times, and clicks on links.
