Send a test
Before sending a campaign, review the content and send a test to check that the email displays correctly.

- Enter the email address where you want to receive the test.
- Send the test.
- Review the email you receive before carrying on with the final send.
Select recipients
After reviewing the test, select the subscriber lists you want to send the campaign to.

- Select one or several subscriber lists.
- Check the total number of recipients.
- Check the sends still available on your licence.
- Confirm that the lists you selected are correct.
What happens if I select several lists with duplicate contacts?
You can select several lists in the same campaign without sending duplicate emails to the same subscriber.
When the campaign is sent, Sendy checks the selected lists for repeated email addresses. If the same address appears in more than one list, Sendy only sends the campaign once to that address.
Tip
If a subscriber is in several of the selected lists, Sendy avoids sending them the same campaign more than once.
Exclude lists from the send
You can exclude a list to stop certain subscribers receiving the campaign.

- On the campaign sending screen, select the main lists you want to send the email to.
- Find the Exclude lists from this campaign option.
- Select the list or lists you want to exclude from the send.
- Check the final number of recipients.
- Carry on with sending or scheduling the campaign
