Information available in the report

Country
Shows the percentage breakdown of recipients by country.
Sendy identifies the country from the IP address the subscriber opens the email from.
Campaign activity
The report includes the following data:
- Recipients: total number of subscribers contacted.
- Opened: subscribers who opened the email.
- Not opened: subscribers who did not open the email.
- Clicks: subscribers who clicked one of the links included in the campaign.
- Unsubscribes: subscribers who unsubscribed.
- Bounced: emails that could not be delivered. This usually happens because of an error in the subscriber's email address.
- Marked as spam: subscribers who marked the campaign as spam.
Link activity

The link activity section shows which links in the campaign received clicks.
You can download the overall link activity, or download the information for each link individually from its download button.
Difference between unique clicks and total clicks
Unique clicks show how many subscribers clicked a link, counting each subscriber only once.
Total clicks show the total number of clicks a link received, counting every time the same subscriber clicked.
For example, if the same subscriber clicks the same link three times:
- It counts as 1 unique click.
- It counts as 3 total clicks.
Tip
Use unique clicks to see how many people showed genuine interest in a link. Use total clicks to measure the overall activity that link generated.
Latest subscriber activity
The report also shows a summary of the last 10 subscribers in different categories:
- Last 10 opens.
- Last 10 unsubscribes.
- Last 10 bounces.
- Last 10 marked as spam.
You can download all the activity from these sections using the download icon to the right of each heading.
