Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home page you land on when you open ITGallery. It gives you an overview of the state of the collection and easy access to key information.​

It is divided into four main sections:

• State of the collection
• Calendar
• Recent activity
• Charts

State of the collection

Six information blocks that give you direct access and tell you the figures for the artists, artworks, exhibitions, sales, contacts and clients modules.

Calendar

Synchronised with other modules, it shows key dates such as loans, exhibitions or sales. It also lets you add custom events, which can be private or shared with the team.

How do I make an event private?

• On the Dashboard, within the calendar, click Add event.

• Fill in the form.

  
  
  • Alerts: you can set alerts so an automatic reminder is emailed to the users linked to the event. To do this, tick the "Send email" and/or "Send notification" option when creating or editing the event.
  • Important: if you do not mark the event as private, every user in the gallery will receive the email and the notification on the day of the event.
  • If you do not want the event to be visible to the rest of the team, tick the Private box and click Create event.
  • Remember that fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.

Recent activity

Two tabs telling you about the latest updates in the artwork history and in your contacts.

Charts

• Artworks by type: a visual representation of how the artworks are distributed by type (painting, sculpture, photography, work on paper, etc.).
• Sales for the year: shows, by artwork type, when in the year sales were made and their total value
