Access control

ITGallery lets you restrict the access of the different users on the same account, module by module.

To do this, contact our Support Team at support@itgalleryapp.com, giving the users (emails), the modules they will have access to and what kind of access they will have - that is, whether they will only be able to view the information recorded in the system or also edit it.*

Tip

*Remember that in the 'Actions' tab, on an artwork record, you can see the history of its statuses, prices and locations. This lets you see which user made the latest changes.
