Archived artworks
Archived artworks let you take artworks out of the main list without deleting them, keeping their information stored in ITGallery.
What archiving an artwork means
- The artwork stops being shown in the main list of active artworks.
- The artwork record is kept with all its information.
- The artwork is not deleted from the system
How to archive an artwork
- Go to the Artworks module.
- Find the artwork or artworks you want to archive.
- Tick the white check box on each artwork.
- Under Tools, select the Archive option.
- Confirm the action.
How to see archived artworks
- Go to the Artworks module.
- In the side menu, select Archived.
How to recover an archived artwork
- Go to the Archived section.
- Find the artwork or artworks.
- Tick the white check box on each artwork.
- Select the option to unarchive or reactivate the artwork.
- The artwork will go back to the main list
