Artwork view modes
The artworks list can be shown in different formats so you can work in whatever way is most comfortable for the task at hand.
List or grid view

-
Table view
Shows the artworks as a list with columns of information.
It is useful for sorting, filtering and reviewing data quickly.
The artworks are shown in a paginated format, with the fields you set earlier in Artworks list options.
-
Grid view
Shows thumbnails of the artworks in a visual format.
It is useful for reviewing images or finding artworks visually.
Tip
In the List and Grid views, you can choose how many artworks to show per page from the selector in the top left. The options available are 15, 50, 100, 200 or 500.
Tip
By default, artworks are shown in the order they were added to the system, with the most recent first. You can sort your artworks in ascending or descending order by the fields with an arrow, such as inventory ID, title, artist, year of creation, type, status, etc.
Presentation:
- Shows one artwork at a time, enlarged.
- You can move between artworks with the arrows on either side of the image or with the arrows on your keyboard.
- It lets you review the information in a more visual, focused way.
- It is useful for looking at artworks individually or reviewing your inventory more comfortably.
- To open this view, click the image of the artwork in the artworks list.

- In the Summary tab, click the arrows in the top right of the record.
- This lets you move from one artwork to another and see the summary of each record, with more information than in the list.

- In the Table view, click the gear icon in the top left of the table.
