The document does not open

Large documents generated in the background

  1. If the document includes many artworks (generally more than 20), the system may generate it in the background.
  2. While it is being created, you can carry on working in ITGallery as normal.
  3. When the document is ready, you will receive an email at the address linked to your user.
  4. You can then download it from the My documents tab.

Tip

You can change the maximum number of artworks above which documents are generated in the background from My User > Configuration > Documents.

I cannot open my document

  1. If the document does not open, your browser is probably blocking new tabs or pop-up windows.
  2. Allow pop-ups for ITGallery.
  3. Generate the document again.

Tip

For the best experience with the system, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser.

My documents folder

Where to find the documents you have generated

  1. All the documents you create are saved in the My documents tab of your user.
  2. To get there, go to My User, in the top right corner, then My documents
  3. From there you can review earlier documents up to 3 months old.
  4. You can also download them again whenever you need to.
  5. Each document includes a QR code and a Link to make it easier to view or share with other people.

Document customisation

ITGallery lets you customise the documents generated by the system to match your gallery's identity.

By default, documents include your logo and the basic layout of elements proposed by the system.

Customisation includes changing elements such as typefaces, text sizes, images, layout and the general design of the document, as well as including additional information from other modules of the system, such as the artist's biography or CV.

Document customisation is an additional service available on the Premium and Professional licences at an extra cost, and included in the Unlimited licence.
