Send artworks to a connected account

ITGallery lets you share artworks directly with other users of the system through the Send to connected account function.

Tip

This function is useful for sending a sold artwork to a collector's inventory, receiving artworks from artists or sharing information with other galleries you work with.

How to send artworks to a connected account

  1. Go to Artworks > List.
  2. Select the artworks by ticking the relevant box.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Select Send to connected account.
  5. Choose the receiving account.
  6. Tick the information you want to share.
  7. If you want to, turn on the Sync option to share the availability of the artwork in real time.
  8. Confirm the send.
