Show price labels

Lets you show the name of the price type next to the amount. For example: €20,400 (Framed)

Prices with taxes

Lets you define whether prices include taxes.

  • If you select Yes:
    • you can enter the percentage (for example, 21)
    • you can set the type of tax (VAT, IGIC, etc.)
    • a text is generated automatically in Price notes  based on the amount included, for example: “21% VAT included”, which you can edit and replace with your own text.
  • If you select No:
    • the percentage is not shown automatically
    • you can add a note manually (for example: “Taxes not included”)

Hide price by status

Lets you hide the price of an artwork depending on its status.

When you turn it on:

  1. Select the statuses for which you want to hide the price (for example: Sold or Reserved).
  2. When an artwork has that status in your database, the price automatically stops being shown in the showroom.
