Create an exhibition

There are two ways to create an exhibition:


Through the 'Exhibitions' module:


  • Steps
  1. In the 'Exhibitions' module (you can also use the shortcut on the Dashboard), select the 'New' option shown in yellow in the upper left corner
  2. Fill in the form with the information about the exhibition and click 'Create new exhibition'. Remember that fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory

  3. Finally, within the exhibition record, in the 'Artworks' tab, find the artworks that are part of the exhibition and click 'Add artwork'.


Create a new exhibition

Through the 'Artworks' module:

  1. In the 'Artworks' module, within the List, select the artworks that are part of the exhibition (tick the white box)
  2. Click the 'Tools' button in the top right corner and select the 'New exhibition' option
  3. Finally, fill in the form with the information about the exhibition and click 'Create'. Remember that fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.*


* Tip: this way of creating an exhibition is more visual, because you can select the artworks from the list and apply search criteria to find the ones that should be part of the exhibition.
