What is the 'Emails' module?

The 'Emails' module gathers every email sent from your ITGallery user account.

You can use this module to manage communications with your contacts and to review all the emails sent from both the artworks and the offers sections.

You can see the details of the email sent by clicking its subject, and record a new follow-up related to the contact from the 'Follow-ups' tab available once you open each email. You can also check whether an email has been opened by the recipient, using the status shown in the emails list.

What is the difference between emails and mailing?

The emails module gathers the emails from other modules of the system, such as offers and artworks, and lets you send individual emails from your account without having to go into your mail server. It is used to send information or sales proposals individually to each contact.

The mailing module lets you create communication campaigns for your contacts. It is used to send a general communication to all your contacts, or to lists segmented by interests or contact categories.
