Create labels for the artworks in an exhibition

ITGallery lets you create and print all the labels for the artworks in your exhibition easily. To do this:

Steps
  1. In the 'Exhibitions' module, open the exhibition record by selecting the name of the exhibition you want the labels for
  2. Within the exhibition record, in the 'Summary' tab, click the 'Artwork labels' button
  3. Fill in the form with the information about the labels
    • Choose from the following list of sizes:

      - APLI-01279 (2x4 I 105x74mm)

      - APLI-01287 (2x8 I 105x35mm)

      - APLI-01795 (2x7 I 105x42.4mm)

      - AVERY 5163 (2x5)

      - AVERY 5660 (1"x2-5/8")

      - AVERY 3652 (70mm x 42.3mm)

      - AVERY 3474 (3x8 I 70mm x 37mm)

    • If the artwork has editions, you can select the ones you want
  4. Finally, click 'Print' to generate the PDF document.*
* Tip: select the  'Show QR code'  option in the form to generate a code linked to each of your artworks. This lets you give your audience information in a different way, makes it easier to identify the artwork once packed, and so on.
