Set up My User

Set up My User to adjust your personal preferences within ITGallery.

From My User you can manage options such as password, language, interface theme, display, notifications, email signature and email authorisation.

The My User settings affect only your user. Other users on the same account can have different settings.

Go to My User

  1. Click the user menu.
  2. Go to My User.
  3. Open My User settings.
  4. Select the options in the side menu.
  5. Make the changes you need.
  6. Save your changes.

What you can set up from My User


From My User you can reach these options:

  1. Change password: lets you change the password you use to access your account.
  2. Change interface language: lets you choose the language you see ITGallery in.
  3. Change theme: lets you review the visual theme of the interface.
  4. Documents: set the number of artworks from which the system will generate your documents in the background.
  5. Artworks and contacts list options and display options: lets you choose which data appears in the list of the Artworks module and in the list of the Contacts module, and set default values for some functions of the system.
  6. Notification settings: lets you set which alerts you want to receive on your user.
  7. Email signature and authorisation: lets you personalise the signature of the emails sent from the system and authorise your email so you can send emails from ITGallery.

Notification settings

From Notification settings you can choose whether you want to receive alerts in ITGallery and what kind of alerts you want to receive.

These notifications are shown in the bell icon in the upper right menu and affect only your user.
