- Go to the Showrooms module from the main menu.
- Click Edit on the showroom you want to change.
- Go to the Artwork settings block.
- Turn on or change the display options according to the information you want to show.
- Save the changes to the showroom.
Information available to show
Within this block you can set the following elements:
Dimension units
Lets you choose the unit the artwork dimensions are shown in.
Options available:
- centimetres
- inches
- metres
Measurement tags
Lets you select which measurements from the artwork record are shown in the showroom when an artwork has several dimensions recorded.
This option is useful when the same artwork has different measurements saved, for example framed and unframed.
The measurement tags must already be recorded on the artwork record.
Artwork dimensions
Show measurements as fractions
Lets you show measurements in inches using fractions instead of decimals.
Show all images
Lets you show every image linked to each artwork within the showroom.
All the images recorded on the artwork record are shown, except those marked as private.
Artwork images
Show ID
Lets you show the internal identifier of the artwork within the showroom.
Artwork ID
Show the artist's name
By default, the artist's name is shown automatically on each artwork record.
If you prefer to hide it, you can turn this option off by selecting No.
Show material
Lets you show the Material field recorded on the artwork record as additional information.
This option can be useful when the material is especially relevant to how the artwork is presented - for example with installations, sculptures or other works using unconventional materials.
Tip
You can use the Copy showroom function to create several versions of the same showroom with different settings. For example: one version with prices and another without.
